Information For Poster Presenters

Poster Size: 90 cm wide x 120 cm high

Posters have to be written in English

Poster Panel Allocation
A numbered panel will be allocated for each poster. Please ensure that you stand by your poster(s) during your session for discussion and questions.

Set-up and Session Times
There will be time for poster viewing during the coffee and lunch breaks in addition to the allocated poster viewing sessions scheduled throughout the conference.

Fixing
People from the Local Committee will have some fixing materials for delegate use at the conference. Although, it is suggested bringing your own fixing material (sticky tape) to put up the poster.

General Guidelines for Poster Production

A poster should be self-contained and self-explanatory. Presentations should be kept simple and clear and a mixture of text and graphics is recommended. Figures should be designed to be viewed from a distance and should use clear, visible graphics and large type.

Remember to head your poster with the abstract title, author names and affiliations.
